PLEASE NOTE:

  • Not all products seen online are available in-store. If you're interested in a product and it's in stock,
    we recommend purchasing online and choosing in-store pickup to guarantee availability

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 in North America 

  • We ship internationally!

  • No custom work and repairs are on Outlier products ONLY

  • Proceed to checkout to find the shipping cost

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.

Canada and USA: Orders are usually received between 3-10 business days.

International: Orders are usually received between 2-4 weeks.

 

RETURN REQUEST

Was your purchase not quite what you were expecting? We're happy to help! Email outlierleatherco@gmail.com directly, and we'll make sure to contact you within 1-3 business days.

PRODUCT REPAIR

We offer product repairs on Outlier products only. If a string comes loose or a rivet falls off, let us know! If you would like more information on how to care for your products, email outlierleatherco@gmail.com or contact us here.
